My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms looked tired and in need of renovation and were actually not ready despite our reservation, we were eventually moved to another suite. The rooms are quite old, which was a downside. The service, although coming from a hotel that posts its rates in dollars in the hundreds, tried to be helpful initially, but then one staff member, unfortunately, became very unfriendly towards us.
